On the banks of the Lancaster Canal, Sellerley Farm has been farmed by the Newsham family for almost 80 years.
The
farm is in the tranquil countryside south of Lancaster and very close
to Lancaster University in Northern England.
It maintains, with pride, its position as part of the local countryside heritage.

Only a few miles from J33 of the M6, Sellerley Farm is the ideal base for you to explore the North of England.
The theatres of Manchester, the heritage of Hadrian's Wall and the famous Blackpool tower are all within 90 minutes drive.
Situated
by the River Conder the Lune Estuary and Lake District mountains it
presents a panorama of views with changing colours of the various seasons.
The Lancaster Canal and Glasson Dock are only a few hundred yards away and are outstanding examples of 18th century industrial heritage.
Our accommodation
Available for the start of 2008 will be a range of self catering cottages, currently under construction. We anticipate demand to be high and would advise early booking.
